Get the phone ringing. Run the job.
Roofers, plumbers, HVAC, landscapers, contractors, studios. We build one system: a website that brings in the job, texts back every missed call, follows up every lead in seconds, collects your Google reviews, and puts all of it in one app on your phone. Then we build the custom software when you outgrow it.
The proof is in the sites.
Four live sites we built for other small businesses, to the same standard yours gets: fast, clean, phone-first, and built to make someone pick up the phone.

Current
Business websiteA video and photo studio that wanted the site to feel like its reel. Showreel hero, a work grid filtered by what a customer can order, light and dark themes, and a "let's work together" button that never leaves the screen.

Ashley Kreke Counseling
Business websiteA one-person practice with a printed brand guide and no website. Services, rates, FAQ, and a book-a-consult button, with every line of copy where she can edit it herself.

DWTS Season 35 Bracket
Game with accountsA bracket game with logins, weekly picks, and a leaderboard. Results update after every episode with nobody touching it. Same plumbing we use for quote tracking and customer logins.

Upshot Coffee Rush
Brand gameAn 8-bit arcade game for a St. Louis coffee roaster. Their logo redrawn in pixel art, phone controls with haptics, one shareable link. Proof we can make a brand fun when the job calls for it.
Systems, not services.
We don't sell you hours. We build one system, the same proven pieces for every shop, wired together so leads never fall through the cracks. Your website is the command center. Everything else plugs into it and lands in one app on your phone.
1. The Website
The command center. Built so a homeowner on a phone can find you, trust you, and reach you in one tap. Every site gets the same proven bones.
- Service pages and service-area pages"Roof repair" and "Roof repair in Edwardsville" each get a page, so Google has something to rank.
- Quote button and phone number on every screenThumb-sized. One tap to call, one tap to request a quote with photos of the problem.
- Chat widget on every pageA visitor types a question; it becomes a text conversation on your phone. No login, no app for them.
- Reviews, license, insurance up frontThe stuff people check before they call, shown before they scroll.
2. Missed Call Text Back
You miss calls. Everyone does. The difference is whether the caller hears from you in ten seconds or calls the next guy on the list.
- A text goes out the moment you miss a call"Hey, it's Mike at Smith Roofing. Sorry I missed you, I'm on a job. What can we help with?"
- It keeps the conversation goingThe caller replies, and now it's a text thread you can answer between jobs.
- It tries to book themOffers a time for an estimate right in the text. Nights and weekends too.
- Nothing lostEvery missed call becomes a lead in your app, not a voicemail nobody checks.
3. Instant Lead Follow-Up
Try submitting a quote form on a contractor's site. You'll never hear back. Their leads go to an email nobody reads. Yours get a text in under a minute.
- Form, quote, or chat: they get texted right away"Got your request for a roof repair at 42 Oak Ridge. When's a good time for a look?"
- Text, not emailTexts get opened. Emails get buried. Your lead is talking to you before they finish Googling.
- Books the estimateThe follow-up offers times and puts it on your calendar.
- You see it all in the appThe lead, the thread, the appointment. One place.
4. Google Reviews on Autopilot
Customers mean to leave a review and forget. More reviews means ranking higher on Google, which means more calls. So we ask for you, every time.
- A text after every job"Thanks for choosing Smith Roofing. Would you mind leaving us a quick review?" One tap.
- Four and five stars go straight to GoogleThe link drops them on your real Google review page.
- Anything less comes to you firstUnhappy customers get a private message to you instead of a public post. You fix it before it's a rating.
- Reminders until they do itA gentle nudge for a couple of weeks. People forget; the system doesn't.
5. The Mobile App
Everything above lands in one app on your phone. It looks like a texting app, because it basically is one. That's the whole thing you have to learn.
- One inboxWebsite leads, chat messages, missed-call texts, review replies. All in one list, newest on top.
- Two buttonsReply, and Book. If you can text, you can run it. No dashboard, no training, no login you'll forget.
- Calendar built inEstimates the system books show up here. Add your own with a tap.
- Runs the business from the truckMost of our clients never open a laptop for this.
If you can text, you can run this.
Reply and Book. On the launch call we show you both. That's the training.
Missed calls, form fills, review asks, reminders. You never set a timer or remember a follow-up.
New service, new town, new price. Text us, get a preview link, say "looks good." It's live.
They call, text, or use the chat on your site like they already do. The system is on your side only.
When the system isn't enough, we build the software.
Most shops run on a phone, a notebook, and a group text. When that stops scaling, we build the piece that replaces it. Custom, owned by you, and built to fit how you already work. Here's what that looks like on a real one.
The Current client portal
Current is a video and photo studio. Real estate agents used to text them to book a shoot, then text again to ask where the photos were. We built a portal that handles the whole loop, and a staff app behind it that runs the day.
See Current's site ↗The individual pieces we build
Every one of these is running live for a client today. Mix and match; most jobs need two or three.
Client portals
A login where customers see their job, its status, and their files. No more "where are we at?" texts.
Built for CurrentSelf-serve booking with live pricing
Customers pick options, watch the total change, and book a slot. Deposits if you want them.
Built for CurrentQuote & lead pipelines
Every inquiry in one list, moving from new to quoted to won. Nothing lost in a text thread.
Built for CurrentStaff & admin apps
The back-office side: inbox, calendar, status control, file delivery. Built for the person running the day.
Built for Current StudioAccounts & secure logins
Email and password accounts, secure sessions, and roles so staff see more than customers do.
Built for Current, DWTS BracketFile delivery & storage
Private storage per client. Upload once, they download from their portal. Photos, videos, PDFs, invoices.
Built for CurrentAutomated updates & scheduled jobs
Work that happens on a timer with nobody touching it. Weekly results, reminders, syncs, reports.
Built for DWTS Bracket (updates itself every episode)Integrations
Notion, Google Calendar, email, and payment tools wired to your site so data lives in one place.
Built for CurrentGames, brackets & interactive
Leaderboards, brand games, calculators, estimators. Things people share and come back to.
Built for Upshot Coffee, DWTS BracketContent you can edit yourself
Every word of the site in one plain file, with placeholders that refuse to ship half-written.
Built for Ashley Kreke CounselingMarketing sites
The front door. Fast, phone-first, light and dark, with one obvious button.
Built for Current, Ashley KrekeHosting, domains & care
We run it after launch. Preview links for every change, one bill, one person to text.
Every clientBuilt for people who work with their hands.
If you show up in a truck and leave the job better than you found it, this is for you. So is the studio, office, or shop that works alongside you.
Already have a website? Score it.
Six things we check on every first call. Tick the ones your site can honestly say yes to.
Tick what applies and we'll tell you where we'd start.
What we'd do with a low score
Nothing leaves this page. The score is for you. If it's low, that's normal for a trade site, and it usually means one of three things:
- A refresh, if the site is fine underneath but slow, dated, or missing a call button. Two weeks.
- A rebuild, if it's on a page builder or a "web guy" you can't reach. We move it to a site you own, on your existing address.
- The system added on, if the site looks fine but leads leak. Missed-call text back, instant follow-up, review funnel, one app.
Simple pricing. No contracts.
One monthly price, nothing up front, month to month. The website is yours to keep if you ever leave; the automations run as long as you're with us.

What working with us looks like.
Two short calls and one text that says "looks good." That's the whole job on your end.
Discovery call 20 minutes
Yes, it's a sales call. We'll also pull up your current site and your Google listing, tell you honestly what's costing you calls, and show you the app on a live account so you know what you're getting.
We build it 2 to 3 weeks
You send us your logo, a few job photos, and your service list. That's it. We build in the browser and text you preview links as it comes together. Nothing goes live until you say so.
Launch call 25 minutes
We connect your domain and your phone number, put the app on your phone, and send a test lead so you see the whole loop. Two buttons. Then it's live, and we're a text away.
Why Crew Systems.
Simple to use
One app, two buttons. Text us for changes, get a preview, say go.
No contracts
If the phone's ringing, you'll stay. If it isn't, you shouldn't have to.
You can own it
Pay once and it's yours. Code, domain, hosting account. Leave anytime and it all comes with you.
Real code, not a builder
No Wix, no Squarespace, no plugin soup. Sites load fast because there's nothing extra in them.
Preview before live
Every change hits a private link first. You've seen it before your customers do.
Midwest, plain-spoken
We'll tell you what you need and what you don't. Sometimes the answer is "your current site is fine, fix the phone number."
Questions we get a lot.
How fast will I see results?
The site is live in two to three weeks and the call button works from day one. Showing up on Google for your trade and town takes longer, usually two to four months. Anyone who promises page one in a week is selling something.
Why is it cheaper than the last agency?
Because it's a system, not a service. We built it once, we set it up the same way for every shop, and we don't pad it with meetings. You're paying for something that works every day, not for our hours.
What happens if I cancel?
On the monthly plan, the site comes down at the end of the month and we hand you your domain, content, and photos. If you bought it outright, you keep everything and it stays live wherever you host it. No hostage situations either way.
What happens when I miss a call?
The caller gets a text from your number within seconds: sorry we missed you, what can we help with? If they reply, it's a thread in your app. If they want an estimate, the system offers times. You call back when you're off the roof, and they've already been talked to.
How do the Google reviews work?
After a job, the customer gets a text asking how it went. Four or five stars sends them straight to your Google review page. Anything lower comes to you privately so you can make it right before it becomes public. If they forget, the system reminds them for a couple of weeks.
Do I have to learn new software?
You learn an app that looks like texting. Reply and Book. We show you both on the launch call and that's the training. Your customers don't install anything; they call, text, or use the chat on your site like they already do.
Do I have to write anything?
No. Send your service list and a few photos. We write the pages, you tell us what's wrong on the preview, we fix it. Most owners spend under an hour total.
I get all my work from word of mouth. Why do I need this?
You might not. But every referral still Googles you before they call, and what they find either confirms the recommendation or undoes it. A clean site with a working call button is the cheapest insurance on your reputation.
Can you build software, not just a website?
Yes, and it's the part we like most. Client portals, booking with live pricing, quote pipelines, staff apps, automations. The Current portal in the section above is a real one you can log into. We scope it on a call, give you a fixed price, and you own the code when it's done.
Do you only work with the trades?
They're who we build for first, because that's where a working website changes the most. But the same portal we built for a photo studio works for a property manager or a dental office. If your business books jobs and delivers something, we can build for it.
Do you run Google Ads too?
We can, as an add-on, once the site is live. Sending paid traffic to a slow site with no call button is lighting money on fire, so we fix the site first.
Do you only work in the Midwest?
We're based here and we talk like it, but the whole process is remote: two short calls and preview links. We'll build for a roofer in Texas just as happily.
Let's get the phone ringing.
Send a few details and we'll reply within one business day with a straight answer on what you need, what it costs, and when it'd be live. No pitch deck.
